赞赏的七个原则
- Make it detail 赞赏要具体
- Talk about it 谈论相关事情
- No sting in the tail 要善始善终
- Put it on record 记录备案
- Make it public 当众赞赏
- Pass praise on 向对方传递赞赏
- Look for oppotunity to praise others 寻找机会赞赏他人
批评的七个原则
- Do it quickly, face to face and privately 私下、迅速、面对面地批评
- Agree the facts 就事实达成一致
- Ask and listen 提问并倾听
- Criticise the action not the person 批评要对事不对人
- Explain why it matters 解释犯错导致的后果
- Agree a remedy 就补救方案达成一致
- End on a compliment 用赞赏来结束批评
